Meet Dr. Jen

Community and connection with women is the medicine I never knew I needed.  

 

I mean, I had devoured all the research, on an intellectual level it made sense.  If I wanted thriving health, I needed to prioritize connection, but connection in the past had been scary - I felt like I did not have time to deeply connect with other women because I had to keep up with the competitive medical path I was on.  It can be a lonely path.  

 

As a physician, it is often hard to get women to face the obstacles that are blocking their path to thriving health on all levels.  Negative self talk, sadness, hanging out with energy vampires...meaningful connection with a supportive tribe is the missing link...

 

Enter The Wild Collective.

 

Habits are contagious, there is a ripple effect when you are immersed in a community.  Community is the group of people in which the habit moves through. Contagion is the habit, whether it be happiness, depression, obesity or smoking.  The community you immerse yourself in will impact the likelihood of engaging in or expressing these habits AND IMPACT YOUR HEALTH.
